Sean has mentioned this book a few times, and I am interested in reducing my blubber suit.  but what edition is the one without the constant pushing of supplements?

With some digging I have found 2 different ISBNs, both claiming to be first editions of the book.

isbn 3517065226
published 1999 by Harper Collins
details Hardcover, 224 pages

OR

isbn 0060193395
published June 10th 1999 by Collins
details Hardcover, 224 pages

I know Sean doesn't post, but if anyone can let me know which book is the "good" version, I want to grab a copy on ebay or amazon marketplace.

Thanks

well if he lurks he could maybe PM me the correct ISBN.  perhaps cimm could prod him.

I'm on day 5 of a fast, I fell off the eating healthy/exercise wagon and so I'm doing a "hard reset".  I was interested in the book (without pushing supplements that i cant afford).

i just went ahead and purchased a copy i found on ebay for 99cents plus 6 dollars shipping. yeah he wants you to buy myoplex and use it, but it comes across as a convenience thing, since you are eating 6 meals a day with a protein and carb portion. a quick check online and myoplex is indeed expensive, but the book seems to be 95% the same as the original.

I need to round up a bench and some dumbells and i will try this out for better or worse starting May.

I know that now that I have a copy.  Sean had mentioned on air the newer version was all about pushing supplements, its like 2 pages about the myoplex.

Who is the author? I went looking on bittorrent before purchasing this book. The version I found from 1999 or so looks very much like the one Sean suggested to avoid.....

Bill Phillips

I got a copy of the book off ebay for like 99 cents plus a few bucks shipping.  you could probably find it in a used book store as so many people seem to give up.
