Reminds me of the sim card reader that you can build from http://www.citizenengineer.com/ but in a convenient jam-in-the-data-port form.

I wonder how many of these sort of information collectors could be built into an Altoids tin?  Sim card reader, mag stripe reader, rfid readers...  Maybe enough room to add the guts of an electric flosser?
