Hello to all, I just wanted to start a thread on the the wog/rr presense in SL. I think this place has awesome potential for wogs spanning the globe to come together and share thoughts, ideas, music and just simple conversation in real time. Last night I had a conversation with some other RR listeners, and we had a pretty good dialogue. It worth checking out [imho] they stream rant (audio and video) and even cimm said he'd like to use Hunker Downs for the 10th.
Come on guys, lets pack the place. At the very least we'll get a head count of how many wogs are out there!

One of the things we were discussing was what would make Hunker Downs more attractive to the wogs and RR listeners alike.
I was thinking of trying to make it a communication hub, where people can not only meet and conversate but also learn things and watch the rant media on demand.
Any suggestions?

as soon as i can get the hang of second life!!
Same here, just had a quick look at it all and didn't get anywhere (I never read instructions)  I'll jump in whenever I can and check it all out as often as possible. Great stuff saint! Kudos |

If we can get come sort of connection to the 'net from the theatre for the 10th Anniversary on January 3, 2009, I'd love to have Second Life put up on the big screen behind us if it's not too distracting. :-) That way, for people who unfortunately can't make it to the big event, they can virtually be there. :-)
BTW the Second Life location of Hunker Downs is:

bleh the stupid email confirmation still hasn't arrived yet and its been over a day.
Have avoided Second life up till now. I still have to be careful I don't stumble into some furry/realdoll/cosplay sex club with wall to wall blinking penis' and singing vag motifs right?
