Yet another group of teens in a mindless murder! I don't know if it's just me getting old or are teens getting ever more violent?

It's a story from a few months ago but it shows how sick some teens are out there and there is plenty of this shit going on! Or maybe this has been going on for years and I'm a bit slow to wise up on it... A few years ago I know a lot of kids that age would get drunk and fight for a laugh but the amount of times I see a news report now about a teen killing someone in the most horrific way is just scary. What the fuck is going on?

Being Non-Violent works up to a certain extent, but people need to be stopped. Killing someone because she's "goth" is bullshit. The thing is we live in dark times where the mass is desensitized. Just a while ago here in Edmonton, Alberta we had two groups of teens torture animals. One group broke into a families house while they were vacationing and put their cat in a microwave, the other group beat a dog almost to death then towed it behind their truck, it's people like this that a Wog Block Watch could stop.

i'll tell ya jebusara, i dont know but i'm beginning to see that something is going to give sooner rather then later, what if a group of wogs get attacked,  there is so much distrust of local law enforcement they might not be any good yes i know they are cops and designed to protect and serve but it looks to me that they arn't getting things done here or abroad why is that? if some one has an answer please tell me i would like to know i trust the cops but i'm 1 pretty soon its going to be sane V cops and the sane are going to lose do we stop this as wogs? if so how do we go about it?

Around Halifax here in nova scotia were getting a block watch called the guardian angels they are non-volient, trained
groups of people that report crime like a walking security  guard for the city.  While i don't think this is nesserely a bad thing
some of the stuff on the web site is scary like internet safety and joining up with time warner.

A chapter has not been fully set up but there had been news articals to drum up support for it.

As for a wog watch it would have to be non-volient. I see it now the people you now protect are scared of wogs.
I would have a hard time attacking some one that was commiting a crime, slef defence yes but to take a baseball bat to the
back of the guys head while he was not looking is to much for me.

For me it depends on the crime. Violent crimes require immediate responses, and unfortunately sometimes to save a life you have to get violent. but your average theft, vandalism or other petty crime can be dealt with in a much more civil manner, yes.

I totally agree. So many people live by the rule "violence solves nothing" but it does solve a violent situation, if someone was being mugged or even raped who really would ask the attacker to stop or just call the police? If I was put in a situation like that I like to think I would do the best I could to stop it rather than wait for the police to arrive and knowing it would be too late by the time they got there. I don't see it as violence if you do everything you can to stop an attacker. If it lands me in trouble with the law then at least it for a good reason, I'd rather be labelled a criminal than cower away when I could of done something to help.

The Wog Block watch idea is dangers, the violent teens are usually armed with knifes and stick together in large groups as well as being fuelled by getting recognition/respect for being violent. I feel we should be doing something because the situation is not under control by the law but what can we do? Talking to the kids would be a great start in finding out what is going on but that is not so easy to achieve.

The WOG mentality is not about non violence, Its about using violence as a last resource. When ever other options has developed a moot point or has been ineffective, then and only then do we default to violence. Even the Tibetan Buddhists, have pointed out the value of violence when no other recourse can provide a solution. The context, is best deployed if you idealize the mentality that You, as an individual Must seek out to actively resolve the problems in your own community. You do not need us to make those decisions.  If you want to preform an act of duty in creating a Block watch, do it. Just be wise about how you do it, ask for opinions to potential problems and if you come to an impasse and you are not sure what to do, default back to the rest of the WOG's and then ask us what we think. As a WOG, you should be actively seeking a way to solve the problems yourself, not looking for others to organize it for you. If you want to start a "WOG" oriented Block watch, then announce that you are starting one and actively do it. You do not need our permission, and who knows You may get more support from the rest of the people involved if you announce that you are doing so.
