So I'm back to writing again. This time it's a short eBook chocked full of information and lacking fluff. Its free and distribution is encouraged. Go here to find out more and to download. http://theworldneedsyourhelp.blogspot.com/2008/06/how-to-save-world-free-ebook.html

For anyone wondering, I'm bowing out. It was great being here but I have to move on. I wish I could stay and keep contributing here but it just can't continue.
It was fun and I thank everyone for everything they have done.

I read that you use Pidgin...you might want to grab Off-The-Record plugin for encryption if you haven't already. Easy to install and use, I remember reading about it during my learning stint of Linux and went through the process of installing it.

Yea I have the OTR plugin for both Miranda and Pidgin. However, it's hard to get others to use encryption. Tend to think theres no purpose for it.

Cool, thanks for the mirror.
I have already found out something I need to fix for the next release. I forgot to write in the date of the release in the "Written:" area at the top of the eBook.

Nice Read. How about adding your earlier mention about vinegar and other things for cleaning?

The cleaning stuff is linked to. From the pdf there is a link to the blog post which has all the details. Here is the post it links toSince I was aiming for a very short and to the point pdf eBook, I decided to just link to the content. That way if I needed to update something, I could without having to get everyone to download another release.

Just read through your eBook, very good stuff. So many good tips in there man, thanks for compiling that list. Print on both sides of the paper, NO FUCKIN SHIT. It just burns me up, I used to see this all the time where I worked, like they couldn't grasp the concept that paper has two sides. Or, like sometimes you print a webpage, and the last page just has the web link and the page number, put that back in the printer.
On the refrigerator, I try to think what I need before I open. But I also found that I usually go into the fridge for the same things, so I placed all of them in one plastic container, so when I open the fridge, I can just grab that and not have to really think about it. Plus I don't have to ferry all my condiments, meats, etc with the door open.
The grocery store I used to go to didn't have baggers working, you had to bag your own groceries. Actually, that would make me remember to bring those reusable bags. I just keep them in my vehicle and grab them before going into the store. But that store closed, so I find it hard to remember to bring my own bag it, but I see more people doing it, now if I can just remember.

As for remembering to bring the bags, the only system I've found is to keep the bags in your trunk and keep a note or something near you in the car. Another way is to keep the bags in the back seat so you can easily see them.
When coming home from the grocery store, when you unload the groceries, just take the bags back out to the car and place them where you want.
I'm very forgetful myself and this is the only way I can remember.

My mum puts them in the passenger side seat. And if someone's coming with her, she makes them hold the reuseable bags if they want to sit there lol works well, she almost never forgets the bags. Edit: also, about the encryption, people are fsking lazy. way less people use my network share drives now that it is required to connect to the vpn before you can access them. Seriously, i even made a script that will do all the work for them, all they have to do is double click it and wait 30 seconds! guh, people.
