Mission Statement:
W.A.T.T STUDIOS aims towards independant muscians in order to provide
affordable products, solutions and assistance in which will better serve
them through their musical careers.

Being struggling artists ourselves we understand how difficult creating a
musical product can be while still trying to manage to support our
everyday lives. Here at W.AT.T. STUDIOS we care about our independant
artists, their visions and their ability to flourish. We strive to support
more independant artists to be able to create an affordable artistic
product in which they will be proud to stand behind with confidence.

Recording Services:
W.A.T.T. STUDIOS pre-post production sound recording facility provides
independant artists the ability to get their music from their imaginations
and turn it into a polished masterpiece to stimulate their awaiting
audiences and industry contacts.

We provide artists with all of our sound equipment at their disposal to
create their muscial works. We still strongly encourage the artists to
also bring in their own personal collections of hardware and software to
better serve there independant styles in sound by utilizing the technology
that they have already incorporated into there musical projects for
further developments.

As of right now we are unable to record acoustic drums so we encourage
artists to bring us all their uncompressed (.wav) drum tracks
pre-recorded. If the artist can not provide these drum tracks we can
provide the artist with customized programmed drum tracks for an
additional cost.

Band Design Services:
W.A.T.T. STUDIOS digital design facility provides independant artists with
the necessary tools, solutions and designers to effectively brand and
produce a strong visual image and product.

While keeping to the artists style we also provide them with original
solutions to implement into their artistic concepts and images.

Here at W.A.T.T. STUDIOS we not only care about the quality of your
physical product but we also care about the artist, the process and the
representation of message to image for each individual client.

$250 EPK Development
*EPK stands for electronic press kit and serves as your bands main
promotional tool to help obtain shows, magazine interviews, record lable
interest and a stronger fan base. It contains all of your bands
information such as bio's, music, pictures, video's and media content like
magazine interviews and write ups regarding your band or even members in
your band.
*There are 2 formats that epk's are typically in a hardcopy format and a
digital format. It's best to have both but you can still manage just fine
with a digital epk. A digital epk is usually a small flash widget, website
or interactive PDF that you could send to a record label which is perfect
for them to send around to different people within their company so they
can quickley see if your band or "product" has potential to make money
a.k.a. "Rockstardom".

Teaching Services:
W.A.T.T. STUDIOS teaching services provides independent artists with the
necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques in all aspects of digital
music and design. This education will better serve their musical career,
project paths, and help self define and recognize themselves as emerging,
growing artists.

We offer a hands on approach in our educational process, and each lesson
is 2 hours in length. We believe that within the artistic realm, it's one
thing to read the “How To” from a book, but it's more beneficial to
physically do it on your own with the instruction and guidance of a
professional.

All of our teachers have a decade of knowledge and experience within there
fields of expertise. Not only can we provide a world full of technical
knowledge, but also provide you knowledge in artistic approaches that will
give you the means to utilize the tools that are there for your own
creativity.

I have a fully contract written up that I have include down below for all you guys to see. We do not own the rights to any music nor do we ahve th right to promote or distribute your music without consent. we wil also not use any of your material for anyone else on earth on taht note. We are here to serve our artists in the msot personal and direct ways possible and we are not here to take away but we are here to allow you to grow in your music careers.

As an independant artist myslef I also have issuies with all of the same things all of you guys have issues with. So i take what I do very seriously and provide a service that is safe, fun, reliable and clean from any bullshit.

This contract between W.A.T.T. STUDIOS hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") executed and effective this ____________ day of ___________, 20___, by and between ___________________(Artist) (hereinafter referred to as the "___________________(Artist)") and W.A.T.T. STUDIOS (hereinafter referred to as the "W.A.T.T. STUDIOS"):
 
IT IS HEREBY UNDERSTOOD

a. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS is an organization, which specializes in the pre-post production audio engineering, digital design, musical teachings & band coaching;

b. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS is familiar with the musical abilities of ____________________ (Artist) and has the expertise, ability, industry contacts and resources to assist Artist in the furtherance of his/her career.

c. Artist performs under the name "____________________________(Artist's Stage Name)";

d. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS and _____________________(Artist) wish to enter into this Agreement to provide for the pre-post production audio engineering, digital design, musical teachings & band coaching (circle services which apply to artist).

IT IS, THEREFORE, AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
A. TERM. The effectiveness of this Agreement shall commence with its execution by all of the parties, and shall continue thereafter for a period of _________ (#) days.

B. PRODUCTION OF RECORDING. The Recording shall be produced in the following manner:

1. PRODUCTION. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS agrees to produce one master recording consisting of ______(#) song written and performed by Artist (hereinafter referred to as the "___________________(song title)". The resulting recording shall be of a quality which is equal to master recordings normally produced for commercial distribution.

2. CONTRIBUTION BY ARTIST. Artist agrees to fully cooperate with W.A.T.T. STUDIOS, in good faith, in the production of the Recording; to contribute to such production the music and lyrics embodied in the Songs; to arrange, direct and perform the Songs in such a manner as to facilitate the production of the Recording; and to otherwise strictly observe the remaining duties and obligations of this Agreement.

3. ARTISTIC CONTROL. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS will take 0% artistic control over the artist’s music. We are here to provide you with 100% quality assured recording and design services in which will help you grow within your musical career.

4. DATES AND LOCATION OF RECORDING SESSIONS. The recording sessions necessary to produce the Recording shall occur at studios and facilities chosen by W.A.T.T. STUDIOS in Vancouver, BC commencing on ____________, 20___ and ending on ____________, 20___.

5. ADDITIONAL MUSICIANS. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS shall not provide artists with musicians. Artists must bring there own talent to each recording session. If other talent is needed and artist can not supply that talent W.A.T.T. STUDIOS will provide recording talent for an additional cost of $_________.

6. COMPLETION AND RELEASE. The Recording shall be completed and prepared for release and distribution on or before ___________, 20____. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS and Artist acknowledge that time is of the essence in the completion of the Recording, and each agree to exercise all reasonable means to achieve such completion.

7. LICENSE FOR USE OF NAME AND IMAGE. Upon the timely occurrence and performance of all material events and obligations required to produce the Recording, Artist shall grant to the Company the exclusive license to use the name " ____________________(Artist)", and the Artist's photographic image, in the promotion and distribution of the Recording.

8. COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING. W.A.T.T. STUDIOS and Artist agree to perform their obligations under this Agreement, in all respects, in good faith.

THE PARTIES AGREE to the terms and obligations and so execute on the day and date first above mentioned.
