I know some would call pranic healing a bunch of crap made up in the minds of the healers and the patients. However, there is strong evidence that Pranic healing exists and does work. For those interested in it, here are some videos.

The wiki on Pranic Healing and such worries me... It seems odd.

The intro is direct from one of Choa Kok Suis pamphlets. Why someone would use it is beyond me as most pamphlets sound like ads.

I also seems the person writing the article didn't know much about the guy. I could probably write a better wikipedia article on the guy and I barely know him (just from some videos I seen of him). However, I refuse to contribute to wikipedia because the admins there are idiots. I signed up once, created an article that was useful and in no way could be called spam and they banned my account calling me a spammer. Assholes.

Anyway.. yea...

So, in the last couple of videos the guy talks about how to start practicing it. I thought I'd play along and at least humor myself. I proceeded to press my thumbs into the palms of my hands...did the pressure on the finger tips...did the hand separation and rotation. It was at that point I started to get a bit freaked out.

It almost seemed like the feeling between my palms was similar to the repulsion of magnets. I had my hands bit 4-6 inches apart and when I rotated them, I can feel that repulsion sensation. Now...I'm not trying to be "paratarded" by any means...but I'm curious if it was because of the pressure I put on my hands and it's an affect of the brain sensing the hands.

Have you had any experience with this stuff Mark? If so, care to give any details?

Experience with Pranic healing, not really.
Experience with "life force energy" (the energy that is needed to sustain life).. yes. This is why I started looking into Pranic healing because it aligns quite well with my own experiences before I knew about Pranic Healing.

For about 14 years now I've been able to "feel" energy and have even confirmed it a few times (like finding wires in walls, being able to tell when someone comes into a building even if I don't hear or see them, etc).

I am researching the topic of Pranic healing to see if it really works. If it does, it could prove to be a highly useful skill. I do however believe energy alone will not heal everything. I believe good nutrition is also needed. Nutrition to feed the physical body, study to feed the mind, spiritual experiences to feed the soul, and keeping the natural energies within proper are all key to good overall health.

Think about it. Look at the healthiest of people. They all seem to have a few things in common...
* They eat well, mostly raw foods, mostly vegan diet
* They exercise
* They have a well balanced spiritual life
* They usually come from countries where "energy healers" are used more than doctors

You rarely if ever see someone live over 100 and eat nothing but meat and chain smoke their entire life. Doesn't happen.
