just wondering how many people keep an ear open to the current advancements and tech of transhumanism and the sungularity. if you dont know what im talking about look up technological singularity or transhumanism. also for some great information check out this guys blog http://podcastsentdev.blogspot.com/

its always fun to find others who think similarly about a very important subject and hear what they have to say about it. so far if i live long enought to reach the singularity and transhuman possiblilitys i will be doing it alone almost all of my family is "afraid" of it.

I'll probably be an advocate for much longer than I ever am an adopter.  My main concern is that this sort of technology must be handled by the free market (no corporate or state control) in order to avoid a very literal and rigid human caste system.
