I will be giving it away at Rant's 10th Anniversary on Jan 3, 2009. It will be held in Vancouver and we'll be renting a theatre and screening some exclusive RantMedia videos.

More details as it gets closer to the date.

Bugger.... So anyone in the Uk has little chance of getting a copy? I guess a live online/RL bidding war is out of the question?

if you have that much money to burn....
I like the book but to spend around 400 pound on the flight then adding the cost of a hotel, travel to the theatre and the fact Id have to stop work to travel. Its not impossible but with a total hitting about £500 (about $1000) I cant see the trip being worthwhile just for the chance of possibly getting a copy of the book.
If there was a competition for one at the showing and a few put out for a bidding war online then those who cant attend but really would like to get a copy of the book could still have a chance.

You don't just have to go for the book, I'd like to see the Rant-crew and additional I get to take a holiday, so I don't really mind if it costs me a bit more, that's why I already started saving some money.. The book is a (very nice) extra.
