I will see If I can find an OLD version of Station Ripper (circa 2k7) he didn't have a 3-Stream limit on the free version back then.
However, for only ripping Rantradio's channel.. the new free version will do.

Now that's much better.  The sound quality is far better than it was last episode.  Although for some reason the sound kept bouncing between the left and right channels.  Kind of annoying but no big whoop.

I actually managed to snag all of ep 6 in its entirety and will try to have that up before the weekend.  I make no guarantees that I'll always be able to get a rip, but I'll do my best if I'm within range of my computer.

Also, I noticed that the full ep 3 was uploaded here.  That combined with



gives me hope that we might wind up with a full archive.

So, Dak, if you're listening, we will all love you even more if you help us fill in the holes in the archive.  I will even personally attempt to send Cambodian hookers to your front door if you help us out, or since you're married now, I will promise to NOT send Cambodian hookers to your front door if you help us.

I think it's kinda funny we have to "pirate" a show off Rant Radio.  It's kinda cute and quaint but desperately low-fi in the age of podcasting.

I don't find this funny at all... I know everyone is busy but if they are going to take the time to record the show then give us the archive please. There are obviously mp3s out there since it gets played on RR:Talk. Out of everyone involved is it really that hard to upload the real files to the archive?

I wanted to follow the show. I wanted to listen to it. I downloaded the first 3 episodes that fans recorded. I suffered through the crappy audio. I can't listen when it is schedualed to be on.

This is not on Cimm in the least. There are more involved then just him. In the end... I have given up. It is hard to support a show when even the people making it don't.

I do say thanks to those who made an effort to share this show with us. At least we tried.

In the meantime, please badger the hosts of the show to get a website archive going for themselves so you can get the shows straight from them. ;-)

we are working on a website/archive but we have lives so its taking longer then expected. we wanted to get the shows out before they were to dated to make any sense and we wanted to see if anybody was listening before we put in time to build anything. so remember patience is a virtue and sola virtus nobilitat

As I said in my other post, similar thought process cavetrol. I just wish someone else could have access to the audio files to upload them in the interim. But I understand if that there is a want by people associated with Dak to do it another way.
