Idea for a show? Rant Talk TakinItintheshorts?

I think I may have talked about this show a few years back but tonight, I could pull an multiple hour religious crusade!.......

But I thought, what about doing a 5 or 10 minute segmented show into a 30 min show or use them as slot fillers for small amounts of blank time between shows?

I would take, compile the rants and package them up? Anyone have this idea before? what do you think?

I had thought of this idea before, but in a news format, where each person would contribute a portion of the news. Unfortunately I didn't get enough volunteers to give a steady amount of news each day/week so it never quite came together. If you can a multi-hosted segmented show going, let me know and I'll take a listen and see if we can get it on RantRadio Talk! :-)

Cimm, I remember your attempt quite literally. I also know of Sci's and many other attempts like it. And I haven't seen it work well. What I was hoping for, was more of just a rant based, 5 to 10 minute segments. Not news based but let people just let themselves scream out their rant.

I don't know. I need to think the format through.
